The City of South Bend and Intend Indiana, through Affordable Home Matters, have partnered to develop up to 92 homeownership opportunities in the Lincoln Park Neighborhood through 2029.
The City of South Bend is committed to spurring investment to create a stronger South Bend by attracting and retaining growing businesses, planning for vibrant neighborhoods, and connecting residents to economic opportunities.
The project development will include up to 40 homes that will qualify under the 80% Area Median Income (AMI), 20 homes will qualify under 80-120% AMI, and up to 20 homes that will have no restrictions.
